The temple from the 16th century is a late Gothic building, with a rectangular floor covered with a starred cross-ribbed vault and gabled roof. The construction is of ashlar masonry on its main façade, in its corners and openings. It has two linteled doors and it is crowned with a small belfry. It is covered by a cornice with three layers of bricks. Its front has a gabled porch attached from the same section as the chapel, supported above two columns.
Its inside is decorated with attractive wall paintings.
