Probably built in medieval times and renovated in the 17th century in Baroque style.
It is home to the image of the town’s patron saint, the Bleeding Christ.
The floor plan is a single nave with four sections. The High Altar corresponds to later renovation work in a neoclassical style. The bell tower is in the Mudejar style.
