Ice-Box
Ice-Box in La Mola d’Ares which has a museum at Casa del Nevater.
It’s one of the few square ice-boxes in Valencia in a good state of conservation and it’s very representative of what the old snow and ice trade was like in Valencian territory.
The ice-box is about 1,200 metres in altitude and the well where the snow was kept and can be visited is about eight metres deep.
