Santa Bárbara chapel


Altura

It was built in the 15th century on the hill located over the village, and it was restored in 1996. The baroque-style temple has a single nave and a rectangular plan, with a wooden gable roof.

The entrance door is lateral and provides access to both the temple and the dwelling of the chapel located at the foot of it, which is divided into two rooms, each of which with a window to the outside.

The interior of this chapel is quite simple. People go thereto on 4 December, the day of the festivity of the Patron Saint.
