To hold these festivities, for as long as time, the town has divided the streets into four sectors: Plaza Portal, Plaza del Raval, Alto de la Villa and Bajo de la Villa. Among these, there is a healthy competition for the good of the festivity. The women make delicious “llavoretes” seed rolls that are given to the participants in the “machada” or procession of the cavalries.
