To hold these festivities, for as long as time, the town has divided the streets into four sectors: Plaza Portal, Plaza del Raval, Alto de la Villa and Bajo de la Villa. The women make delicious “llavoretes” seed rolls that are given to the participants in the “machada” or procession of the cavalries.
