If we advance through the Barranco de Ajuez, we find a dam that allows us to store water for the irrigation of the orchard of the same name.  Passing the dam, the track enters an enclosed place that distils the water that has given its name to La Fuente Fresca. Many of the paths used to bring neighbours closer to the fields are in good condition in the municipality. Joining these trails is to meet nature in its purest state: flora and fauna offer us pleasant surprises.
