This festival takes place on the weekend closest to 17 January. ‘Congretes’ (traditional pastries) are prepared in the medieval oven, and bonfires are lit on Saturday night. On Sunday during mass, a congrete is shared between all those present, and after the procession there is an auction of the congretes that were baked in the oven.
