- 8 Vinaròs King Prawns
- 2 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 handful of green garlic
- 1 teaspoon of Maldon salt

Instructions
To prepare the Vinaròs prawns with green garlic, sauté the seafood in a frying pan with two spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil. After a couple of minutes, when they are half done, add the green garlic, don’t cut it up too small, so as to prevent them from burning. When they are browning, take them off the heat and then assemble the dish.
Serving
They are presented on a platter; place the prawns on the platter, creating a layer at the bottom. Then, on top, add the green garlic and sprinkle the oil you cooked in over it. Finally, sprinkle a little Maldon salt around the platter and serve.
