Near the town to the right of the De la Fuente ravine stands the only hydraulic flour mill in the area.  In the past, it would use the water from the triple-faucet fountain and the additional water from the ravine during rainy seasons to operate. It was used to grind the wheat from the fields. This mill is currently in ruins just as what was once the mill owner’s home, “El Casal”.
