It is a stone temple, of Gothic-style, with a gable roof and the opening for placing a bell. The entrance arch is semi-circular with a coat of arms over one of the keystones. In the interior, a single nave with a four-section flat apse can be observed.
The original altarpiece from the 16th century is located in the Parish Church of Atzaneta. The images the temple is provided with are located in the main altar, which are some paintings of the Virgen de la Esperanza, San Juan Bautista and San Sebastián, contemporary works by Ángel Costa.
