The town’s festivities start in January with celebrations in honour of San Antonio. They take place in Sierra Engarcerán, Ibarsos and Rosildos. Horses and animals are blessed in the name of the saint, the coquetes de Sant Antoni (a type of pastry) are distributed in Sierra Engarcerán and Rosildos and in Ibarsos, the rollo(another type of traditional pastry). Bonfires in honour of this patron saint of animals are another typical feature of these celebrations.
