Río de Ayódar

Known as Chico river, it changes its name along its length before flowing into the Mijares river.  Its mountain waters have wide agricultural use. The orographic irregularity and the great quantity of rocky ground, grant to the course of this river, spots of unique beauty and undoubtable attraction. In the surroundings of the town centre, the river leisurely runs between different lagoons.
