In Betxí, two little pottery jars that appeared when building on a plot of land in the main square were the starting point; a domestic relic saved by chance from the rubble, which led to the memory of the existence of previous generations. The Town Hall called on the families of farmers (those who had switched from cereal to citrus fruits) to donate their tools, which had already fallen into disuse; and there they are, from the Roman plough and the flint threshing machine, to all the tools they knew about sowing and harvesting, gathering and grinding.
