These festivities are held during the second fortnight of August. They are, without a doubt, the most anticipated celebrations in the town. They start with the traditional ‘crida’, one of the most fun events of those celebrated in midsummer. The bulls in Vila and embolado, the mascletas, the tapa and wine tavern, the children’s games, the costume dance, the Futsal tournament, the vuelta ciclista, the fellowship dinner and the procession in honour of the patron saint are some of the most representative events.
