Almanzor Ravine and Font Calen
Even though the origin of the name of the ravine is not clear, it seems to date back to the times of Caudillo Carbau, a moor from Algar, who in 1525 leaded the Moorish rebellion of Espadán mountain range, and named it Zelim Almanzor. This beautiful ravine stands out by its lush riparian vegetation surrounding it, characterised by its dense cork oaks formations.
