Fuente del Chorrillo
Here you can find some of the oldest poplars in the entire Valencian Community. The canal built to irrigate the crops cultivated in this area can be found along the path here. It also supplies the Fuente del Chorrillo with its water.
The area’s climatology and the humidity of the fountain’s walls make it an ideal growing spot for violets. The colour contrasts make the path beautiful, something which is not usually seen in wild spots. Every corner is full of rosemary, thyme and lavender, and on some rocks you can find tea and wild pennyroyal plants. There is also an abundance of asparagus plants. Drinking water directly from this fountain is considered to be good for health, as is resting on the benches and drinking in the scenery.
