This is a private and permanent museum collection dedicated to mortars.
It is housed in a three-story building on Calle de los Mártires and it displays the use of mortars, from the industrial to the culinary and the apothecary to the decorative and more.
You can find all kinds of mortar, from prehistoric times to the present day, made from different materials including wood and marble.
