The laundry room has been recently restored by the City Council of Aín.

In its immediate surroundings you can enjoy the views over the vegetable garden that offers the viewpoint recently enabled on the waterfall "cup" of the remains of an old flour mill owned by the Duke of Medinaceli.

Laundry and mill, are functionally linked by the watercourse that runs through the main ditch.
