Built between 1757 and 1769 under the direction of Antonio Gilabert, it’s a lovely example of Rococo architecture in the Comunidad Valenciana region with restrained and graceful proportions. The pebbles adorning the arches, the vault and the dome as well as allegorical reliefs of four painful passages in the life of the Virgin are all noteworthy.

A late 17th century image of Our Lady of Solitude is venerated in the central niche.
