These patron saint celebrations have become a tradition owing to their historical and religious cultural legacy. However, not all of the events are solemn and religious; there are also popular open-air dances, sporting activities and traditional games, all of which never disappoint. These festivals unite the people of the village and are a means for the nearest communities to get together. Every year, a committee appointed by the local inhabitants is tasked with organising all the activities that take place.
