December witnesses the pilgrimage up to the ermita, or small church, where a mass in honour of the saint is held. After mass, the traditional "panets de Santa Bàrbara”, a type of bread roll, are shared out. Also, in the evening, the Quintos, or young people who were all born in the same year, organise a dance.
