The cherry festivities are held on the first weekend in June. Over these two days, you can get your hands on fresh cherries recognised with the CV (Region of Valencia) seal of quality, as well as other derived products (jams, liqueurs, “pastissets” cakes, etc.). Moreover, in local restaurants, as in some in the area, menus where the star product is the cherry can be found. On the other hand, during the festivities there are live demonstration workshops of different traditional trades and participative craft workshops. There are also guided tours of the old town, and the Museo de la Cereza and the Cooperativa Agrícola San Blas can be visited to see the cherry classification process.
